Delivery Information

PAYMENT

There is no minimum order amount. We accept payment by most major Credit/Debit cards via the highly secure PayPal service.  We do not store any of your card details on our servers. 

 

POSTAGE

We ship to virtually any address in the world

There is no minimum order and the postage is £1.50 2nd Class and £2.50 1st Class for UK orders.

Free economy shipping is available for all UK orders over £35 in goods value. 

Overseas orders are charged according to their weight, using Royal Mail rates.

We try and post all orders within 1 business day but this is not guaranteed. During promotions or busy periods, it may take a little longer (usually up to 48 hours). 

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their shipping address is correct. Once the package has been shipped, it is impossible to change the address. We do not refund orders that were shipped to incorrect address provided by the buyer unless the package returns to us.

Additional rates are charged for "Recorded Signed For" and "Special Next Day Delivery" shipping options (they both require a signature upon receipt).

Please note:

 

  • Special Delivery is available for orders placed before 10.00am, Monday to Friday (please note: if you place your order on Friday before 10am and choose Special Delivery option, your order will be delivered on Monday)
  • * Orders placed after 10.00am on Friday may be posted on Monday
  • * Orders over 2kg are not available to be sent using Special Delivery and will be shipped via Parcelforce service (an insured service that takes up to 2 working days).

 

We will notify you if you have selected Special Delivery and your order is over 2kg in weight.

    INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE PRICES

    International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail or International Signed For (which is a track and trace insured AirMail delivery service).  The shipping fee is based upon the Weight of your order and your destination Country.  This will be calculated at the Checkout and you will be able to see how much the postage is before you committ your order.
    Important information for customers outside of the UK: we are currently delivering parcels by Delivery Duties Unpaid which means you may have to pay VAT, a handling fee, import duties and other taxes levied by your government before you can receive your parcel.
    These charges are our customers' responsibility to pay, and it's quite possible their order won't be delivered until they have paid these charges.

    Order not received

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Please check you spam folder if you have not received shipping confirmation from us within 48 hours after your order was placed (sometimes emails go to spam by mistake). For example, if you placed your order on Monday you should receive the shipping confirmation not later than Wednesday.

    Please allow up to 2 weeks for 1st class and 3 weeks for 2nd class orders to be delivered. If you have not received your 1st class parcel within 2 weeks and your 2nd class parcel within 3 weeks you must send us an ‘Order has not been delivered’ email.

    Please note that we are unable to start any investigation or process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless 10 working days have passed since the date the item was dispatched.

    We will start the investigation with Royal Mail as soon as we receive an email from you. Please note – we are not able to track Standard delivery parcels. If you paid for Standard 1stor 2nd Class delivery method, we would have to wait for 30 days (60days for International parcels) for your missing parcel to be returned to us. If your parcel does not come back to us within 30 days (60 days for International parcels), your order will be declared as lost. You will then be entitled to receive a new order from us. In case the products you ordered are out of stock they will be refunded by Store Credit. Please note – we are not able to issue Store Credits if you do not have an account with us. In this case we may contact you and ask you to register an account.

     

    RETURNS POLICY

    You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

    How To Notify Us

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your MY ACCOUNT area of our website, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu (on the right). Then click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

    You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
