Shipping policy

POSTAGE

There is no minimum order and the postage is £3.45 for Royal Mail 48 tracked (2-3 days) and £4.29 for Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24 tracked 1-2 days) for UK orders up to £35 in goods value (order value before shipping cost). 

UK orders over £35 in goods value are posted for FREE. 

Overseas orders over £100 in good value are posted for free.

We try and post all orders within 2-3 business day but this is not guaranteed. During promotions or busy periods, it may take a little longer.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their shipping address is correct. Once the package has been shipped, it is impossible to change the address. We do not refund orders that were shipped to incorrect address provided by the buyer unless the package returns to us.
